Showcase: Plogging

Plogging is really turning out to be my driving passion.

Who would have thought that I could get so much positivity, satisfaction and enjoyment out of picking up other people's trash? Is that weird?

I have had a long history with trash, so even before I created my wayeoflife instagram account, I had already used social media to highlight picking up trash during my runs (I think my first one was this tweet in 2011 ). 

Although my wayeoflife account wasn't initially set up to talk about plogging, it soon became a focal point. Something to share, something to inspire and something to raise awareness of.

Now I pick up trash every time I do sport (even on a race day marathon!).

But with so many posts made about the subject, it is easy for some that I am especially proud of, to get lost amongst the crowd. Here are some of my faourites.

It could be a favourite of mine because of the photo, the video, the message, or it is just a cool memory.
